Terms of Service

These terms apply to bookings and masterclass sign-ups made through the PsychPanda booking platform (“the Service”), operated by PsychPanda.

1. Bookings and payment

• Prices are shown at the point of booking and charged in full at that time via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment has completed. Until then the slot is held temporarily and may be released.
• Sessions are delivered online. A joining link is provided by email before the session.

2. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

• To cancel or reschedule, contact us by email as early as possible.
• Requests made 5 or more days before the session will normally receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
• For requests made within 5 days of the session, any refund is at the discretion of PsychPanda; we will endeavour to be as flexible as reasonably possible.
• Non-attendance without notice is not normally refundable.
• Refunds, where given, are made to the original payment method.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details when booking.
• Join sessions on time and treat tutors, examiners and other participants with respect.
• Do not record, reproduce or redistribute session content or materials without written permission.

4. Nature of the Service

The Service is an educational resource. It does not provide clinical guidance or advice, and it is not clinical supervision, formal assessment, or training provided by an approved body. Please see our Disclaimer.

5. Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes in real examinations or professional assessments. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your booking.
